Somatic Witchcraft for Artists
How to stop arguing with your gremlins (including imposter syndrome) and cut them off at the source
Wednesday, July 8th 12pm-1pm EST
Give me one hour, and I will give you the most effective tool I've found for navigating imposter syndrome, social anxiety, and general existential dread- and take back your brain.
This specialty workshop is born out of the 9 years and 400+ artists I've mentored since 2017. Gremlins have always been a big topic of conversation; how to negotiate them, and how to remember that they are liars. Gremlins will do anything to get you to stop doing the work you are doing. It's too unpredictable, too scary- they are your nervous system trying to protect you.
Sometimes they are too good at their jobs.
As you may have noticed, gremlins (especially imposter syndrome) do not respond to logic. It never seems to matter how much proof you show them that you are capable, how many accolades you have achieved, or all the good work you have done before- they are maddening like that. Arguing with them just keeps you locked in your mind, running on a hamster wheel and desperately trying to remember what was like to feel confident.
It is not a bad thing to feel your gremlins- they are part of you. But sometimes we want to actually enjoy a performance, a residency, a showing, without the experience feeling hijacked because we were struggling not to feel like shit the whole time.
Sound familiar?
It's only been over the past year that I've stumbled on something that works better than any other antidote I've ever seen. It works with anxiety, it works with imposter syndrome, and I cannot wait to share it with you. It is so absurdly easy and effective that I can't believe it took me this long to discover it.
You don't need any extra supplies, skills, or accoutrements- you have everything you need already to use this technique anywhere, any time the gremlins are hollering too loudly. Remember- they bark louder the closer you get to the good stuff. Don't let them drive the van; invite a better copilot to sit up front with you. I will show you how.
We go live on July 8th and the replay will be uploaded here for you to view as many times as you wish.
